At Kinsale we’re interested in mature, lower-middle market companies that have growth potential within their specific markets. Typically, these companies are closely held and are organized to financially support their shareholders, for whom Kinsale can provide a successful exit. Post-closing, we supply fresh capital, strategic management, and other resources to create added value.

- Transaction size of $3-20 million
